Built to Last. Sustainable. Affordable. Low Maintenance. Embedded in Community.
Assisting buyers through the process of finding their affordable home truly connects me to our motto of ‘Helping people live life to the fullest.’ Oftentimes, I am able to help buyers own a home for less than they were paying for a rental. – Mark Ashby, Transaction Coordinator and Sales

Clayton Homes
We are a leading manufactured home dealer of Clayton homes. Clayton homes are built to last, sustainable, low maintenance, and affordable. We share the common goal of making the dream of homeownership possible for more families.
How It Works
1.
Search our available homes, which are already built, in dozens of our communities on the West Coast, then schedule a home and community tour.
2.
Make an offer on the home and complete our community and finance applications.
3.
We’re happy to recommend 21st Mortgage who can help the process go quickly and smoothly, though you are welcome to work with another mortgage lender of your choice.
4.
After the close of escrow, you’ll get the keys to your move-in-ready home!
5.
Your friendly neighbors and Monte Christo’s caring staff are ready to welcome you home! As a community member, you’ll pay a monthly space rent (much like an HOA) to support the maintenance and amenities of the community.
Monte Christo Communities and Casa Park share a vision of helping people live life to the fullest by realizing their dream of homeownership.
Monte Christo’s caring staff maintain the community and work to ensure you are happy in your home. Our partnership ensures these built-to-last, affordable manufactured homes in California and Oregon are embedded in well-maintained communities.
