Casa Park homes are located within well-maintained, safe, clean, manufactured home communities. The homes are permanently constructed on the lot, including all the finishing touches, like light fixtures, bath and kitchen hardware, and landscaping.

4. Welcome Home

Welcome Home

After the close of escrow, you’ll get the keys to your move-in-ready home! You’ll likely have met community staff at this point, but if not, we’ll be sure to introduce you.

Your friendly neighbors and Monte Christo’s caring staff are ready to welcome you home! As a community member, you’ll pay a monthly space rent (much like an HOA) to support the maintenance and amenities of the community.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our goal is to review your application within 24 hours. Sometimes the application might even be approved within a few hours. The timeline all depends on the buyer’s package and if it’s complete or not with the required documents.

We aim to have a buyer approved within 72 hours of submitting all the required completed documents for financing. If documents are incomplete or not submitted, the approval will be postponed.

New homes include a 1-year limited warranty from the dealer.

Most Casa Park communities welcome all ages, though there are a handful of communities that are open to people 55 and older. Please inquire with your Casa Park sales representative if the park is 55+ or an all-ages community, or check out the community’s website for more details. Search a map of our communities here.

Utilities are an additional cost and a responsibility of the homeowner. In the majority of MCC’s communities, homeowners receive their utility bill directly from the utility provider.
